There is a crop of really talented rappers spitting in isiXhosa and Lizzy Lane is one of the prominent voices coming from that new wave. She recently released a new single titled “CHAKRAS” and really delivered on the single. 

The production is aggressive in its construction, which perfectly suits Lizzy Lanes’ equally aggressive tone. I think what makes Lizzy Lane stand out as an artist is her energy on the track. She always makes sure to make her presence felt. Furthermore, her confidence oozes through the song with her littering the track with a whole host of backing vocals to complement her performance on the song.
