MaXhosa Africa Presents SIYI’KULTURE At The MXS Kulture Festival

MaXhosa Africa will host the highly anticipated MXS Kulture Festival on Saturday, 21 March 2026, at the picturesque Toadbury Hall Country Hotel in Johannesburg. The annual festival continues to grow as a signature cultural and educational experience, inviting brand followers, loyal customers, industry leaders and patrons to engage with the brand on a more intimate level while networking, connecting and enjoying a vibrant festival atmosphere.

“At the festival, the fashion show is one of the defining moments. Presented just before sunset, the latest collection is unveiled on the runway, allowing both us and the audience to experience the creativity and craft as it comes to life,” says Laduma Ngxokolo, Founder and Chief Creative Director.

A Festival of Craftsmanship, Culture and Learning Alongside showcasxing the MaXhosa Africa value chain, the festival will also feature a curated selection of activation brand partners, each contributing unique experiential elements to enhance the overall guest experience.

The festival is designed not only as a fashion event but as a platform for learning, collaboration and appreciation of craftsmanship within the broader creative ecosystem.

Maxhosa Autumn-Winter Collection

The day will culminate in a runway presentation unveiling MaXhosa Africa’s Autumn-Winter 2026 collection, SIYI’KULTURE, meaning “We Are Culture.”

The collection celebrates the diversity of South African cultures, bringing together influences from music, dance, and traditional aesthetics while reimagining them for modern fashion.

A celebration of culinary, music and lifestyle experiences

Beyond fashion, the MXS Kulture Festival will deliver a vibrant, multi-sensory cultural experience that brings together food, music and lifestyle.

The festival will feature performances from DJ Maphorisa, Kabza De Small, DJ Tira, Makhadzi, Yanga Chief, DJ Kabila and Fistaz Mixwell.
