Red Bull Back2Beyond touched down in Durban for the first time this past weekend, following its debut in Pretoria in November 2025. Hosted at The Station, the event delivered an electrifying night of back-to-back performances celebrating collaboration, creativity, and the power of live musical exchange.
Opening the evening was house duo Kususa, who set the tone with a vibrant set that warmed up the crowd. They were followed by Culoe De Song going back-to-back with Lemon & Herb, delivering a seamless blend of deep and Afro-house sounds that kept the dance floor moving.

The main lineup then took things to another level when Zakes Bantwini opened his set alongside Kabza De Small, creating an exciting fusion of GQOM, 3-Step and House Music. Kabza kept the momentum going before being joined on stage by LeSoul, while Zakes stepped off.
LeSoul described the moment as unforgettable. “This is one of the best experiences of my life. I’ve never done something like this before,” she shared, capturing the unique spirit of the Red Bull Back2Beyond format.

She was later joined by Distruction Boyz, bringing a fresh burst of energy to the stage before the night came full circle as Zakes Bantwini returned to close the show alongside them. With Durban’s warm weather setting the tone and the energy inside the venue matching it beat for beat, Red Bull Back2Beyond delivered an evening of great music, collaboration and incredible vibes.
