How do three artists blend so seamlessly together when they’re not even an official group — just three brothers with their own solo lanes? That’s the question I kept asking myself all weekend while running back the BIG THREE EP by Khaya DoomAKU, Spooko Mfana, and Frankness Everyday.

 

Some collaborations sound forced. This one sounds like destiny. From the moment the EP kicks off, you can feel the chemistry. These aren’t just rappers jumping on the same beats, this is a shared language built through years of mutual respect, hunger, and hood pride.

One line that immediately stuck with me: “Never been a pushover mfana, kae emela.” And if you know Spooko, that line makes perfect sense. He’s never been one to fold when it comes to the mic.
