It is always a good day when I come across a new artist, and the new artist I came across on my Spotify feed was Daystar’s latest single with producer, 808x. The single has a short runtime of 1 minute 49 seconds, and really that is the only criticism I have of the song. As far as introductions go, this is an excellent one. The song gives Daystar the opportunity to showcase his rapid flow, which immediately captured my attention. The song sees him deliver a flurry of bars touching on various topics like him being a student of the game, with the type of bravado we can expect from any rapper. As I previously stated, this was just an intro to Daystar and I am excited to follow him on his musical journey.
