The global music industry will descend on Tshwane from 30 October to 1 November 2025 as the city hosts the Music In Africa Conference for Collaborations, Exchange and Showcases (ACCES) for the first time.
Africa’s leading music trade event will bring together more than 1 000 delegates from 45+ countries, including Grammy-winning producers, label executives, and African trailblazers. The three-day programme features panel discussions, workshops, mentorship sessions, and a two-day showcase festival with over 80 artists performing in the heart of Tshwane.
The line-up includes stars like Focalistic, Zoë Modiga, Mörda, Kekelingo, Bokani Dyer, Mpho Sebina, Njoki Karu, Frida Amani, and many more. Among the international experts are Grammy-winning US producer Commissioner Gordon Williams, Nigeria’s Bizzle Osikoya and Dolapo Amusat, France’s Cécilia Pietrzko, and Eswatini’s Jiggs Thorne.
“ACCES has become the meeting point for the world’s music industry and Africa’s creative heartbeat,” said Eddie Hatitye, Executive Director of the Music In Africa Foundation. “With Tshwane as our host city, we are creating a space where African voices can influence the global conversation.”
ACCES 2025 is organised by the Music In Africa Foundation in partnership with the City of Tshwane, the South African National Conventions Bureau, and the SAMPRA Development Fund.
