Whether it be a full seasonal collection or even a Holiday capsule, Russell Westbrook’s Honor The Gift remains rooted in the idea of home. Although it has a core inner city focus rooted in Los Angeles given Westbrook’s Southern California upbringing, it emphasizes the cultural significance of home, no matter where you’re from. So in continuing its love letter to the inner city of Los Angeles, the brand has revealed its new Summer 2024 collection.
Entitled “Pride in Tradition: Embracing Heritage of the Inner City,” the collection looks at the ways the inner city continues to illuminate deeply personal stories of home. Moreover, it looks at how the idea of home transcends just a physical space, it can be the experiences that have informed personalities, the way ideas are formed, what values we hold dear to us and more.
So with its new Summer 2024 offering, the collection comes forward with a casual approach that’s geared toward warm and sunny days, regardless of the activity. In the wardrobe are a selection of crochet knits, relaxed workwear-style pants, casual coordinating sets with contrasting details, wide-leg pants, graphic tees, baby tees, printed shorts and select pieces in denim. The light-hearted personality is completed by hues of beige, lavender, blue-gray, deep brown and black.
