Sprite brought the energy to Braamfontein with a special edition of the Sprite and Hip-Hop Floor Block Party to launch season three of Sprite Limelight.
Headlined by top South African hip-hop talent, Blxckie stole the show by arriving in style, rolling through the crowd in a luxury SUV to mark his role as the official South African collaborator for the Sprite Limelight music campaign. He performed his exclusive Sprite single, “South,” to a sold-out crowd at Constitution Hill.
The lineup was packed with young talent, delivering electrifying performances. Loatinover Pounds brought the heat with tracks from his latest project P4P. KindlyNxsh had the crowd singing along in what many called the performance of the day. Anele Zondo was a standout, not only as an MC but also with her performance that the audience loved.
The Qwellers, Roiii, and Boity dominated the stage, while Maglera Doe Boy and A-Reece showed why they’re at the top of the game. DJ Speedsta and DJ Sliqe wrapped it up with high-energy sets that left the crowd buzzing with excitement.
